A small project built around a simple question: what is the flourish actually doing?
The project began with a recurring frustration: learners often collected decorative flourish examples but had little guidance on deciding when a flourish improved a word, when it crowded the composition and how to simplify an overworked result.
Flourish Geometry Studio was developed around compositional purpose. Each exercise asks the learner to identify the role of an entry, exit or loop before writing it and to judge the result using spacing, collision and hierarchy rather than decoration alone.
Braun Holding B.V. operates the platform from Vorensaterstraat 48, 3312 NZ Dordrecht, Netherlands for online learners in the Netherlands.
